importantance of rest

rest is one of the 8 doctors of health and its very important for us to rest because it calmness our system. rest is needed as it helps our cells to repair, rest reduces stress and improves overall health, one will be able to easily work a full day. improves your focus: an active mind gets tired just like an active body. including time to quiet your thoughts and letting your mind rest is part of the healing process.

    1. Social media takes much of our time..look at it right..it has passed our bed time but still awake which can put our health at risky.

    1. Do some yoga before sleep to relax the mind and also do activities that needs your body to be tired
