importance of exercise

As one of the 8 doctors of health exercise is very important in maintaining a healthy life style. it increases muscle strength and endurance. in addition, it makes blood circulation to move smoothly and helps with metabolism. exercise helps to maintain weight and to keep the body in shape, helps in digestion process as the system works properly. exercise removes excess salts from the body and also to help in body temperature regulation as a person sweats.
