God 8 laws of health

These 8 laws of health we can abbreviate them as N.E.W.S.T.A.R.T

  1. Nutrition 
  2. Exercise 
  3. Water
  4. Sunlight 
  5. Temperance 
  6. Air
  7. Rest
  8. Trust in God
Once we follow these laws of health we will able to fight any disease/virus that try to invade our bodies. This is the best way to fortify bodies and maintain our health in right way.

Hope you get time to take into practice these 8 Doctors of health given to us by God since the creation.
